Conference registration

Before filling the registration form (in the end), please read this page carefully. If you need VISA, please complete your registration as soon as possible since the visa procedure takes some time. Latvia is in Schengen Area. Please visit this page to check Third countries whose citizens may enter and stay in the Schengen area without visas. Note that there is more than one list! The consular information page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic of Latvia is here.
The registration fee of ICALP2013 does NOT cover the registration of any satellite workshop. The information regarding the registrations of satellite workshops will appear in time. THE REGISTRATION FEE:
  • Early - Until 15th of June
    • Student: 270 EUR
    • Full: 420 EUR
  • Late - After 15th of June
    • Student: 350 EUR
    • Full: 500 EUR
The price includes the following:
  • Attendance at all ICALP2013 conference sessions
  • All Refreshment Breaks
  • All (five) Lunches
  • Welcome Reception - Monday
  • Excursion - Wednesday
  • Conference Dinner - Thursday
  • One years' membership with EATCS (Two years for students). If you are already a member, the years' membership will not commence until your current membership ends.
The conference registration fee does NOT cover the conference proceedings. If you want to have a copy of conference proceedings then please book it extra during the registration. Extra copies of the proceedings will be available during the conference. The fee for one accompanying person is 130 EUR. It covers "Welcome Reception - Monday", "Excursion - Wednesday", and "Conference Dinner - Thursday". THE PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER. The participant is responsible for the transfer costs in his/her own side. After filling the form, you will be informed by e-mail regarding your payment and the details of bank transfer. CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for refunds must be forwarded in writing to email: agnis.sh@gmail.com Refunds will be as follows:
  • Up to and including 31st May, 2012 - full refund
  • From 1 June until 15 June, 2012 - 60% refund
  • After 15 June, 2012 - No refund
